Had an enjoyable experience with great service . All food was prepped fresh and served timely. Pro tip get the creamy Italian dressing with salad and veal parm. Underrated Italian in qca with awesome prices (thought menu was from 2009)
Love the food even if they pronounce it strangely! Other trattorias I've eaten at pronounce it tra-tor-EE-ah. In Italian the accent is usually on the pentultima (second to last) syllable. At this restaurant on State Street in Bettendorf I was told the name was pronounced tra-TOR-ee-ah. Interesting. The food and service are still great.
We had a birthday celebration on a Saturday night, and this place was jumping! Dishes ordered included Fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, Steak Marsala, seafood pasta, and sausage and peppers. The children's menu included spaghetti, pizza and chicken nuggets. There was something on the menu for everyone, from 3 to 91! Be sure to save room for the chocolate cake, even if you are only celebrating the weekend. This place is not to be missed for a filling meal, lively atmosphere, and servers who treat you like family, even if it's your first visit.
Was out of state for my bday and wanted to try something new. I found this place on yelp. I am so grateful I decided to go inside. I loved it !! Will be my newest favorite place. My husband did say he wished the free bread was sweet? I loved the free bruschetta!! I say you should check it out !! I like it a lot better then Avanti's but does remind me of it. Also they have Pepsi products.
Decided that we would give this place a try and cross over the bridge to Iowa at the same time. We were a little confused as we thought we came in the front but had to walk through the bar to the other entrance to be seated. We had toasted ravioli and veal Parm along with kids spaghetti pomodoro. You start with some fresh bread and bruschetta and those were both good. The veal was a huge portion and good, but the sauce was a bit bland. Kids ate most of their pasta and also liked the fettuccine Alfredo that came with the veal. Super friendly server who was very kind to my girls. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.
This charming small family run Italian restaurant has the whole package. The food is reasonably priced for the quality. The products are well made with quality ingredients. The service was better than most restaurants now. I go back here every few months.
Quick and friendly service. The food was great. I found a dish online that wasn't on the menu anymore and they made it for me without any issues. I will say it was pretty dark in there.
